) <br />J <br />L <br />area will fulfill a public service and will n^t conflict with the <br />general public interest in the use of the waters of the Lake. In <br />granting a license or a renewal of a license for a district <br />mooring area, the Board may alter the size, shape, peripheral <br />limits and density of the area for which the license is granted <br />and the Board may impose other conditions upon the granting of a <br />license for a district mooring area. Licenses shall be granted <br />on an annual basis for a single boating season. <br />Subd. 6. Compliance with Conditions. Locating, maintain <br />ing or using a district mooring area in a manner contrary to the <br />conditions Imposed by the Board is a violation of this section <br />and grounds for revocation, suspension or modification of condi <br />tions of the license pursuant to Section 1.06, Subd. 9. <br />Subd. 7. No Vested Right. No person to whom a license <br />for a district mooring area has been granted shall have a vested <br />right to such license or to a renewal thereof. <br />Subd. 8. Renewal of Application. An application for <br />renewal of a license for a district mooring area shall be made no <br />later than December 1st of the year preceding the year for which <br />the license is sought. The Executive Director shall not accept a <br />license application received after December 1st unless the <br />application is accompanied by a late fee, which shall be set by <br />resolution of the Board. <br />Section 2.045. Off-Lake Storage Facilities. <br />Subd. 1. Purpose. It is the purpose of this Section to <br />provide reasonable standards and criteria under which off-Lake <br />boat storage facilities may be regulated on the Lake which meet <br />current LMCD Special De.nsity License and Dock License require <br />ments, and which are consistent with the most general public use <br />of the Lake, public safety, and LMCD Lake Use de.nsity policies. <br />Subd. 2. General. Off-Lake boat storage facilities may <br />be established on the Lake or existing facilities expanded only <br />after obtaining a Special Density License and a new dock license <br />under the LMCD Code. <br />Subd. 3. <br />terms defined <br />meanings: <br />Definitions. For purposes of this Section, the <br />in this subdivision shall have the following <br />a) "Off-Lake Storage Facilities" shall mean any dock, <br />mooring aiea or launching ramp used by any <br />association in conjunction with the storage of boats <br />craft off the water of Lake Minnetonka. <br />b) "Full-Service Marina" shall mean a marina which- has <br />one or more employees on duty seven days a week during normal
