23 percent. Long Lake's share is 20 percent <br />(State's portion is 80% of this 20 percent. <br />City's portion is 20% of this 20 percent.). <br />4. Upon execution of this agreement and a request in <br />writing by the State, Orono and Long Lake shall each advance to <br />the State an amoxint equal to their portion of the project costs. <br />Orono's and Long Lake's total portion shall consist of the sum of <br />the following: <br />a) Orono's and Long Lake's respective share (as <br />specified in Paragraph 3) based on the actual <br />bid prices and the estimated State furnished <br />materials costs. <br />b) Eight (8) percent of each respective share <br />[Item (a) above] for the cost of Engineering <br />and Inspection. <br />5.
