The amount of the funds advanced by Orono and Long <br />Lake in excess of Orono's and Long Lake's final share will be <br />returned to Orono and Long Lake without interest and Orono and <br />Long Lake agree to pay to the State that amount of their final <br />share which is in excess of the amount of the funds advanced by <br />Orono and Long Lake. <br />6. Orono shall be responsible for the installation of <br />an adequate electrical power supply to the service pad or pole, <br />and for providing the necessary electrical power for the <br />operation of the new traffic control signal with street lights <br />installation. Orono shall receive the bill for the installation <br />of the electrical power supply and the monthly electrical bill <br />for the new traffic control signal with street lights, and <br />invoice Long Lake for 50 percent of the costs. <br />7. Upon completion of the work contemplated in <br />Paragraph 3 hereof, it shall be Orono's responsibility, at its <br />cost and expense, to: (1) maintain the luminaires and all its <br />components, including replacement of the luminaire if necessary; <br />(2) relamp the new traffic control signal and street lights; and <br />(3) clean and paint the new traffic control signal, cabinet and <br />luminaire mast arm extensions. Orono shall invoice Long Lake for <br />50 percent of the costs of the above mentioned maintenance <br />responsibilities assigned to Orono. It shall be the State's <br />responsibility, at its cost and expense, to maintain the signing <br />73012 <br />-5- <br />1
