Gerhardson, Public Works Director <br />DATE:February 9, 1995 <br />SUBJECT:Kelly Avenue - Road Construction <br />During discussions of the Kelly of storm sewer proposals, it was suggested to raise the road in <br />the low area as part of the overall project. <br />It was determined that we need to prepare a cost for raising the road in the low area in one foot <br />increments not to exceed 3 feet. The following are these costs: <br />Raise the road one foot <br />Raise the road two feet <br />Raise the road three feet <br />$28,880 <br />$40,040 <br />$52,050 <br />If we proceed with the project, I would suggest we perform raising the road with City forces <br />and materials already on hand. An estimate of costs if City forces do the work is attached.
