Council directed staff to analyze the options more <br />closely; including fine tuning cost estimates and identifying funding sources, including options <br />for assessing costs to benefitted properties. The results of staffs efforts are attached for Council <br />review and discussion. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />There is no Council action requested at this time.
