She stated that if Planning Commission <br />or applicant had any questions they could voice them <br />now. <br />Chairman Kelley askeu Mr. Eisinger if he was being paid <br />by Park Construction to accept the fill from 394. <br />Mr. Eisincer stated he was not being compensated other <br />than Park Construction providing the grading. <br />John Gannon^ Project Manager for Park Construction, was <br />present and stated this is excess material from 494 and <br />Hwy. 12 and voiced concern with the delay of this <br />applicftion. <br />No one was present from the public regarding this matter <br />and the public hearing was closed. j <br />Planning Commission conceptually voiced their opinion on <br />this application before tabling it: <br />Chairmain Kelley stated that his initial feeling is <br />that they should not be accepting 10,000 truckloads <br />of material, they should be requiring 10,000 <br />truckloads of material removed from the dump site <br />and soils be restored to original state. <br />Bellows stated she is concerned with the safety of <br />trucks transporting this large amount of material <br />and that applicant should be prepared to address <br />this issue. <br />It was moved by Cohen, seconded by Chairman Kelley, to <br />table this matter as recommended by staff.
