MuniTBS OF ns PiAniaG comassioa nHG HELD n&KCH 21, 1988 <br />#1254 nillTF LOTHBIAH CBDICB COVTiainD <br />Paul Phillips, 2140 Sixth Ave. N., asked about the <br />impact of the parking lot lighting toward his property <br />of the Woodland property. <br />Craig Moleski stated that the lighting will not change <br />from what currently exists. <br />There were no other comments from the public and the <br />public hearing was closed. <br />Because of the weather conditions, Gaffron stated that <br />it may be difficult to do soil testing at this time. <br />Dick Brownlee proposed that their engineer furnish a <br />letter to the City which states that the site has <br />adequate area and the design of the system will be <br />adequate when the percolation tests can be done. <br />Staff recommended that applicant submit as much <br />information regarding the septic system as possible <br />prior to the first Council sieeting in April. <br />It was moved by Chairman Kelley, seconded by Johnson, to <br />recommend approval of the Commercial Site Plan Review, <br />conditional use permit, and variance per staff's <br />recommended conditions and findings, subject to resolve <br />of the septic system issue prior to review by the <br />Council. Lakeshore setback - required 75', proposed 71'. <br />2. Side setback - required 10'- proposed 3.5'. <br />3. 0-75' Hardcover - allowed 0% - existing 533.4 <br />s.f. - proposed 576.4 s.f. <br />4.
