We misunderstood the importance of our attendance at <br />the City Council meeting and, instead, took care of a <br />personal matter that needed our immediate attention. We <br />were not there to negotiate with the council (as per the <br />"Council Action Requested" Aug 19,1994) and the request was <br />unanimously denied. <br />We now ask The City Council to reconsider our proposal and <br />reas**ess this lot in the principal amount of $3,350, <br />exclusive of penalty and interest, as it was not in our <br />ownership when these fees were accumulated. <br />We would appreciate your comments and request that this <br />matter be acknowledged at the October 14,1996 City Cuuncil <br />meeting. <br />Thank you for your consideration <br />Sincerely, <br />t' <br /><1
