4• • <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING <br />A METES AND BOUNDS <br />SUBDIVISION OF A LOT LINE REARRANGEMENT <br />OF PROPERTIES LOCATED AT <br />405 NORTH ARM DRIVE A >D 4520 WTST BRANCH ROAD <br />FILE NO. 2156 <br />WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation organized and existing <br />under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and <br />W'HEREAS, the City Council of the City of Crono (hereinafter "City Council") <br />has adopted subdivision regulations for the orderly, economic and safe development of land within <br />the City; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the application for a subdivision of <br />a lot line rearrangement by Michael Eastiran and Theresa Eastman anu Lakevicw Golf Course <br />(hereinafter "the subdividers") of properties legally described as follows: <br />The east 150 feet of the west 550 feet of the south 303 feet of the Southeast Quarter of the <br />Southwest Quarter of Section 6, Township 117 North, Range 23 West of the Fifth <br />Principal Meridian. <br />And: <br />The Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 6, Township 117 North, Range <br />23 West of the Fifth Principal Meridian. EXCEPT the west 405 feet of the south 203 feet <br />thereof. ALSO EXCEPT the east 150 feet of the west 550 feet of the south 303 feet. <br />All of the above property located in Hennepin County, Minnesota (hereinafter "the <br />property"); and <br />WHEREAS, the subdividers have completed all requirements of the City for a <br />metes and bounds subdivision of a lot line rearrangement for division and combination purposes <br />resulting in the relocation of the common boundary betw een the two noted parcels. <br />Page 1 of 3 <br />.. .
