NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Orono hereby approves the metes and bounds subdivision of a lot line rearrangement for Michael Eastman and Theresa Eastman and Lakeview Golf Course as shown on the Certificate of Survey <br />by Mark S. Gronberg, dated July 11, 1996, revised August 23, 1996 and attached to this <br />resolution, subject to the following conditions: <br />4 <br />1.Applicants shall complete conveyance of the residual parcel from one owner to the <br />other in a manner acceptable to the City Attorney. <br />2.Applicants shall pr ?vide a title opinion of both parcels confirming ownership and <br />encumbrances. <br />3. <br />4. <br />Upon City Council approval of this subdivision, the Eastmans must legally <br />combine for tax purposes their existing parcel and the newly created parcel per the <br />proposed legal descriptions in the above noted survey. <br />Applicants shall sign the above noted survey where indicated, and shall provide a <br />1" = 200' copy to the City. <br />5. <br />6. <br />The aforesaid division shown on the attached Certificate of Survey shall be filed <br />by the City of Orono with Hennepin County Recorder ’s Office on or before <br />February 26, 1997 together with a certified original copy of this resolution. <br />The approval granted by this resolution shall expire if the division has not been <br />filed by the date specified above. In that event, it will be necessary to file a new <br />application with the City of Orono for subdivision review. <br />AITEST <br />Adopted by the City Council of Orono, Minnesota this 26th day August, 1996. <br />Dorothy M.
