Briefly, applicants propose to acquire 7,800 s.f. of the Lakeview Golf Course property, bringing their lot area to approximately 1.22 acres. The lot line rearrangement will accommodate an attached garage addition to the rear of the existing house, and maintaining the required 50’ setback to the rear property line Staff has confirmed that there is no need for drainage easements, and no drainage easements need to be vacated. The proposed metes and bounds lot line rearrangement appears to meet all City requirements and brings the Eastmans' property closer into conformity with the 2 acre standard. Staff Recommendation Staff recomme ids approval per the attached resolution, COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: Motion to adopt the attached resolution.
