A RESOLUTION APPROVING <br />A DIVISION OF LOTS PREVIOUSLY COMBINED <br />FOR TAX PURPOSES LOCATED AT <br />300 TONKA AVENUE <br />FILE NO. 2122 <br />WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation organized and existing <br />under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Orono (hereinafter "City Council") <br />has adopted subdivision regulations for the orderly, economic and safe development of land within <br />the City; and <br />WHEREAS, die City Council has considered the application for a subdivision of <br />a lot line rearrangement by Karen S. Skoog and Tamera A. Christensen (hereinafter "the <br />subdividers") of properties legally described on the survey attached to this resolution as Parcels <br />A and B (hereinafter "the property"); and <br />WHEREAS, the subdividers have completed all requirements of the City for a <br />Class I subdivision of properties legally combined for tax purposes for division and combination <br />purposes. <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has adopted Resolution No.vacating a part <br />of Hill Street as shown and legally described on the survey attached to this resolution. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of <br />Orono hereby approves the Class I subdivision and combination of the above referenced properties <br />for the subdi’ iders as shown on the Certificate of Survey by Mark S. Gronberg, a licensed <br />survevor of Coffin and Gronberg, Inc., dated February 8, 1995, most revised date May 9, 1996, <br />and attached to this resolution, subject to the following conditions: <br />Page 1 of 3
