w 3.The unimproved 40 foot right of way has been found to serve no future public <br />purpose. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the petition of Karen S. <br />Skoog and Tamera A. Christensen is hereby granted by the Council of the City of Orono <br />and that the portion of the unimproved street legally described above is hereby vacated. <br />The granting of the petition is subject to Philip and Karen S. Skoog granting a drainage & <br />utility easement over the southerly 10 feet of vacated Hill Street and applying for the legal <br />combination of the vacated right-of-way with their homestead parcel.
