1. <br />2. <br />3. <br />4. <br />5. <br />6. <br />Upon approval of this division by the City Council, Philip A. Skoog and Karen S. <br />Skoog shall apply to the City for the legal combination of the parcels described as <br />Parcel A in the above referenced survey. <br />Upon the approval of this division by the City Council, David W. Christensen and <br />Tamera A. Christensen shall apply to the City for the legal combination of the <br />parcels described in Parcel B in the above referenced survey. <br />In approving the division and combination as proposed by subdividers, the Council <br />hereby agrees to the waiving of the $12,000 sewer unit charge against combined <br />Lots 17 and 18, Block 5, Bayside Addition to Lake Minnetonka (PID 05-117-23 <br />14 0042). <br />The aforesaid division as shown on the attached Certificate of Survey shall be filed <br />by the City of Orono with either the Hennepin County Recorder's Office or <br />Registrar of Titles Office on or before November 13, 1996 together with a certified <br />original copy of this resolution. <br />The subdividers are hereby advised that in order to fulfill the intent of this <br />subdivision, that additional documentation must be created to provide for the legal <br />transfer of Fee Title and recording of easements. <br />The approval granted by this resolution shall expire if the division has not been <br />filed by the date specified above. In that event, it will be necessary to file a new <br />application with the City of Orono for subdivision review. <br />Page 2 of 3
