Chapter 12 of the Municipal Code of Orono is hereby amended by amending Section <br />12 30 Subd. 8 B 5 as follows <br />5 Systems required to obtain and maintain a MPCA State Disposal System <br />permit shall meet the requirements of MPCA ftule»-Regulations Chaptei 7080 0300 If the State <br />Permit lapses, orders shall bt issued to cease use of the system w ithin ten (10) days, such use to be <br />discontinued until reinstatement of the State Permit <br />Section 24.
