O'Sullivan and E. Smith that proposed <br />vacating 33’ of right-of-way of Navarre Lane at the northwest lot line of the property located at 3340 <br />Shoreline Dri\ e. Applicants would then agree to the granting of drainage and utility easements over <br />the entire 33' of right-of-w ay over the City water main and telephone utility line w ithin the right-of- <br />way. <br />1 he City conceptually approved the vacation pending completion of the vacation of the entire <br />Navarre Lane right-of-way commencing at the intersection of County Road 19 extending to the <br />intersection of Olive Avenue, refer to Exhibit F. All property owners to benefit from the vacation <br />would grant drainage and utility easements over the entire vacated right-of-way. The western <br />portion of the 33' right-of-w ay contains municipal sewer and gas utility line. The three properties <br />to benefit from the vacation arc O'Sullivaa^Smith, the church property and Lafayette Ridge. <br />Members may recall that the detention pond that serves the new development of O’Sullivan/Smith <br />will be developed on the church property. Portions of that pond may extend into the vacated right- <br />of-way as long as there is no interference with existing utilities. It shall be the obligation of <br />applicant's sur\eyor to locate the utilities within the right-of-way where proposed detention pond is <br />to be located and where either unc 'ground tiles or abo\ e ground swale is to be installed that would <br />convev treated runoff to wetland ai southeast.
