Zoning File #2126 <br />April 10, 1996 <br />Page 2 <br />O'Sullivan/Smith shall be expected to obtain signatures ot authorized agents of the church and <br />Lafayette Ridge homeowners association to complete the execution of the drainage and utility <br />easement. <br />The City Engineer estimates the detention pond on the church property that will serve areas of the <br />church property, 66’ of vacated Navarre Lane and the O'Sullivan/Smith parcel to be .24' or 0.1 acre <br />in surface area. He estimates the watershed at approximately 4 acres. <br />Staff Recommendation <br />To approve the proposed partial vacation of Navarre Lane commencing at the intersection of County <br />Road 19 and extending to the west side of the intersection of Olive Avenue subject to the following <br />conditions; <br />1.Applicant shall legally combine vacated portions of right-of-way with their <br />respective properties. <br />All property owners benefit from proposed vacation shall be responsible for <br />executing a drainage and utility easement over the 66' of right-of-way. Said <br />easement to be filed at the time the vacation resolution is filed by the City Attorney's <br />olTice. <br />J.The City shall also ask that the church grant a drainage easement over the detention <br />pond w ithin the church property. <br />Ii
