NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the petition of John <br />O'Sullivan and Erwin Smith is hereby granted by the Council of the City of Orono and that <br />the unused portion of Navarre Lane as legally described above is hereby vacated. The <br />granting of the petition is subject to applicants providing drainage and utility easements over <br />the entire 66 foot of platted right-of-way providing access to existing gas, telephone, <br />municipal sewer and water lines. All benefitting property owners shall apply to the City <br />offices for the legal combination of the portion of the vacated road adjacent to their lot <br />lines. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono.
