The front of the
residence, however, faces the roadway easement which is considered a side yard.
The conditions do not apply generally to other land or structures in the district in which said
land is located.
The variance being requested is specific to the existing location of the house on the lot and
the architectural style of the house.
The granting of the application is necessary for the preservation and enjoyment of a
substantial properly right of the applicant.
The variances requested will preserve the property owner's right to use the residence and
have a larger bedroom and master bedroom that is typical for many residences in the
immediate area.
»2232, WoodsmitK Ltd.
for Allegro and Paul Parker
1520 Fox Street
5/19 19
page-3
