The applicant's architect sent a revised plan, however, the
numbers for the lakeside setback and side yard are not legible. The new plans should be available
at the Planning Commission meeting.
Statement of Hardship
The applicant has indicated that the curreiit residence is inhabitable. The foundation cannot support
a second story. The lot is restricted by the lakeshore setback requirements from Lake Minnetonka
and the lagoon.
