(.439 acres of dry buildable) <br />Application:Applicant is seeking lot area, lot width, hardcover, average lakeshore <br />setback, and side yard variances to remove an existing residence and <br />construct a new residence. A conditional use permit is also required <br />to excavate in the 0'-75' setback area to establish a new foundation. <br />Background:The applicant has appeared before the Planning Commission in March <br />and April.
