The plan requires a two-tiered rock retaining wall. The topography provided with the <br />application is missing a significant amount of detail at the location of the proposed work. In <br />addition, no indication of the propo.sed elevations, contours or wall location has been provided. <br />The plan shows the location of the existing sanita»y sewer service pipe. ITie pipe may need to be <br />relocated if the retaining walls are proposed along the north side of the garage. <br />More information must be provided to identify the specific wall cross section and location. The <br />two walls must be placed at least as far apart as they are tall (1:1) or a surcharge loading must be <br />used.
