The amendment was changed per Council's direction of the February <br />26th meeting to reflect a 50* setback from residential property line rather than 100' as <br />recommended by Staff Also included was the need to demonstrate financial capability by <br />demonstrating at least 80% of projected costs are secured. <br />Mabusth noted that the ice arena application will be before the Plann ng Commission in <br />April for conditional use permit rc' ow.
