Navs 0. <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />(*#3) REGULAR MEETING OF FEBRUARY 26. 1996 <br />Goetten moved, Kelley seconded, to approve the Minutes of the Regular City Council <br />Meeting of February 26, 1996 Vote; Ayes 3, Nays 0. <br />PARK COMMISSION COMMENTS <br />Park Commissioner Use had no comments at this time. <br />PLANNING COMMISSION COMMENTS <br />No represcntatK'e of the Planning Commission was present <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS <br />There were no public comments <br />ZONING ADMINISTRATOR’S REPORT <br />(#4) #1958 LOUIS OBERHAUSER. 2405 DUNMOODY AVENUE, 3865 AND <br />3877 SHORELINE DRIVE - PRELIMINARY SUBDIVISION - RESOLUTION <br />#3689 <br />Mabusth renorted that the boarded structures were burned on March 3. The debris, <br />however, still remains on the orooertv Oberhauser interiected that the debris should be <br />removed this week. Mabusth noted that the remaining residence and detached garage, <br />along with the western access at CoRd 15 or Shoreline Drive and retaining wall on tlie <br />west side, are to be removed before final plat approval. Oberhauser stated that he was in <br />understanding of the requirements. Mabusth said the demolition permit gives Staff the <br />authority to work with Oberhau.ser on the removal of debns. It was llirther noted that <br />the .MPCA requires the foundation to also be removed. <br />Jabbour commented that the load limits begin on Friday of this week. Gerhardson <br />responded that the road being used to haul the debns is a county road and is not <br />restricted. If Dunwoody had been used, there would be a 5-ton per axle limitation. <br />%
