r <br />PERMANENT SANITARY SEWER EASEMENT <br />A permanent, non-exclusive easement over, across, under and upon that portion of the Property <br />legally described as follows: A corridor ten (10) feet wide centered on a line parallel to and five (5) <br />feet west of the east line of the east sixty (60) feet of west seven hundred thirty five (735) feet of <br />south one hundred seventy five (175) feet of southwest quarter of Section 26 and Lots 3 and 4 <br />Albee's Long Lake Addition according to the map or plat thereof on file and of record in the office <br />of the County Recorder, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
