Environmental AssessmentIt Is unlikely that an environmental assessment will be needed for this project, however, a wetlands audit will be prepared to identify impacted wetlands, for which a mitigatlon/compensation plan and a permit <br />application will be prepared. <br />In the event an environmental assessment is needed, those additional <br />services would be provided on an hourly basis. <br />□ Detail Design Phase <br />Detailed roadway design and specifications will be completed during this <br />work phase. The approved preliminary layout will be developed Into <br />construalon plans. Agency reviews will be provided. Specifications and a <br />detailed cost estimate will be developed as the construction plans near <br />completion. <br />I • I — Prepare Hydraulic Design <br />Based on the hydraulic analysis and the approved geometric <br />layout, Bonestroo hydraulic engineers will refine the drainage <br />^tem and erosion control measures needed for the prcyect. <br />1 .2 — Request Utilify Relocation <br />An inventory of utilities will be completed. Based on the <br />construction limits map, we will determine which utilities are <br />likely to require relocation. <br />I -3 — Establish Detour Routes <br />Bonestroo, In conjunction with the cities of Plymouth, Orono <br />and Wayzata, will determine where detours need to be <br />established. Local access will be provided at all times. Each CIfy <br />will review any necessary detours recommended by Bonestroo. <br />1-4 — Prepare Plans <br />Bonestroo will prepare construalon plans In metric and In <br />accordance with State Aid standards.
