Are there any other issues or concerns with this application? <br /> <br />Planning Staff Recommendation <br />Planning Staff recommends approval of the lake setback variance for the improvements as <br />proposed with the following conditions: <br />1. Additional screening of the walls be implemented to preserve the natural <br />vegetated view from the lake where feasible. <br />2. All work must be contained to within the subject property.
