Deliverables include: <br />• Project Schedule <br />• Purpose and Needs Statement <br />• Performance Framework <br />• Program w/ Room Data <br />Worksheets <br />CONCEPTUAL DESIGN <br />SCHEMATIC DESIGN <br />This phase of the project is where <br />we will begin the design process in <br />earnest. The design team will begin <br />detailed plan layouts that meet the <br />Performance Framework <br />and space needs program goals <br />identified in the previous phase. Plans <br />will review traffic flows, personnel <br />workflows, equipment locations <br />and equipment choices, structural, <br />mechanical, and electrical systems, <br />and integration of sustainable <br />features. <br />Initial concepts will be presented to <br />the Core Team for discussion and <br />revision. The associated site and <br />floor plans and a 3D image of each <br />will be developed for sharing with <br />the stakeholders and city leadership, <br />providing a key component to total <br />project buy-in. <br />We will also provide initial cost <br />estimates for the various options <br />which are designed during this <br />phase.
