WACONIA <br />FIRE STATION <br />CONCEPT <br />The city of Waconia is exploring options for the re-use of the <br />former public works site and our office submitted a concept <br />design for a new fire station. The site is located in a commercial <br />area adjacent to a rapidly developing residential area. The site <br />has limited options for access and includes a pump station that needs to remain.
