PRIOR LAKE <br />FIRE STATION <br />NO. 1 <br />REMODEL <br />The Prior Lake Fire Station renovation project began as a <br />study to determine a means of adding sleeping quarters <br />/ dormitory rooms to the existing facility in anticipation <br />of full time staffing beginning in 2023. A complete <br />remodel of the kitchen, multipurpose/dayroom, and the <br />conversion of a conference room into a workout room will <br />also be included in the renovaiton. Our team designed <br />several different options for the City to consider including <br />remodeling the existing interior spaces and including <br />an addition to the existing facility. Cost estimates and <br />potential construction schedules were provided for the <br />different options, as the City had to weigh the options <br />based on a fixed budget and a condensed construction <br />timeline.
