Albers, 1111 Tamarack Drive, per the <br />Planning Commission recommendations and a letter <br />of approval from his neighbor to the south. <br />Motion, Ayes (4) - Nays (0). <br />Jeanne Mabusth, Zoning Administrator, entered <br />into the record the request of C. Arnold Carlson, <br />855 Forest Arms Lane, for a building permit, <br />dated April 16, 1980, which states: <br />Mr. Carlson seeks clarification of the issue of <br />riparian rights for his new residence on Lot 5, <br />Block 2, Forest Arms plat. He proposes to <br />construct a 30* X 4* parallel dock to store his <br />26* X 10* boat. The channel that abuts his <br />property was illegally dredged approximately <br />ten years ago at the time of original plat <br />approval. <br />In reviewing the files and previous Planning <br />Commission and Council minutes, the riparian <br />issue for lots abutting the channel have never <br />been decided. Please review the Planning <br />Commission minutes of March 27, 1978 and <br />Council minutes of March 30, 1978.
