Arnold Carlson to construct a dock on <br />Lot 5, Block 2, Forest Arms Plat, dated May 6, <br />1980, which states: <br />Mr. Carlson has submitted for staff review the <br />original DNR permit dated April, 1966, permitting <br />the dredging of the Forest Arms channel. A copy <br />of that permit will be available for your review at <br />the meeting.
