However, the proposed <br />addition would meet all required setbacks. <br />After a brief discussion, McDonald moved, Pesek seconded, to <br />reccmmend approval as proposed addition would not encroach <br />on required setback and there is no adjoining land available <br />to meet the area requirement in this district.
