He mentioned <br />that his plans were not ccnqplete, and the Conmission <br />informed him that they would have to be complete a^ <br />correct by Friday, July 23, in order for the Planning <br />Commission to be able to review before acting on the <br />proposal at their next meeting. <br />Guthrie moved, Hosfield seconded, to a^rove tljiis <br />variance due to the fact that no additional lapd is <br />available for expansion and the area is sewered. > <br />Motion - Ayes (5), Nays (0), Abstain (1 * McDonald). <br />The Zoning Administrator infoimed the Planning <br />Commission that this item had been cancelled. <br />Mr. Johnson decided to move and requested that his <br />$30 application fee be retumed. Hank recommended the <br />refund be denied as staff had completed all reviOw <br />and reports. <br />Ihe Planning Conmission ma<ie the suggestion to Hank <br />^^uhich that he contact the City Attorney, Bruce <br />Malkerson, before the next meeting as to his <br />recommendations on this variance. <br />Pesek moved, Guthrie seconded, approval of this <br />revised preliminaiy plat subject to determining a <br />Paik Dedication Fee. Motion - Ayes (6), Nays (0). <br />Final approval of the PRD proposal was flayed <br />until detailed plans of the entire concept are <br />submitted. <br />The Planning Commission ivent into work sessions on <br />Wayne Peterson and Michael Curtis. <br />^i:Donald moved, Pesek seconded, to eliminate the <br />Council’s original referral of Planning Cernmission <br />proposals in order to expedite the proceedings. <br />'fhe Commission feels this would promote better <br />public relations. ^totion - Ayes (6), Nays (0). <br />Steve Felsenberg of the David C. Bell Company was present <br />r.nd asked the Commission if he could discuss something <br />that was not on the agenda. He informed the Planning <br />Commission that Drs. Zinn and Dale owned 13 acres of land <br />near Watertown Road and County Road 6. He was interested <br />in knowing how they could subdivide this property.
