This would require a variance of 6* as our <br />ordinance requires 10' between structures. <br />This would not create a problem as we could treat the garage as an attached <br />garage and require the necessary 1 hr. fire wall in the garage to provide an <br />adequate fire separation between structures. <br />The existing j^rage extends over the lot line onto the vacated Oak Place. <br />Therefore, I would recomnend we include the condition t^t the SH lots and <br />the vacated street be combined into one parcel. A subdivision would then be <br />required before any future proposal for additicmal building sites could be <br />approved by Council. <br />July 27, 1976 <br />Proposed building plans have been submitted. I have only one copy, hovever, <br />and it is too large for duplicating facilities.
