cm OF ORONO, MINNESOTA <br />REGULAR PLANNING GOM4ISSION MEETING HELD JULY 19, 1976 <br />The Orono Planning Coninission met on the above date vdth <br />the following menbers present: Chaiiwonan Diane Dunlap, <br />Menbers George Hosfield, John Guthrie, Gregg Hannah, <br />Gloria McDonald, C. Paul Pesek and Zoning Administrator <br />Hank Mibich. <br />ATT aciiT.Vit B - 7:35 P.M. <br />‘X?’! <br />Chairwoman Dunlap announced that this was the time and <br />place for a Piblic Hearing on the petition of Robert ^Vyatt <br />for a subdivision of property located at 4220 Watertown <br />Road. Ihe Zoning Administrator presented the Notice of <br />Piblic Hearing a& the Affadavit of Publication. <br />Tbs. Wyatt's are requesting a stibdivision of their 9.49 <br />acres into 2 parcel:^^ They are also requesting a <br />Conditional Use Permit to move in another house and <br />gar^e onto the south lot \4iich is already occupied by a <br />residence. Mr. wyatt would like a period of IS months to <br />remove the existing residence. He explained to the <br />Goomission that his mother had died recently, and <br />because he works and is a student he does not Iiave the <br />time to remove her belongings before this time. <br />Qiairwoman Dunlap called to order the Regular Meeting of <br />the Orono Planning Commission. <br />PUBLIC HEARING - 7:35 P.M. <br />ROBERT WATT <br />4220 WATERTOWN ROAD <br />SUBDIVISION <br />CALL TO ORDER - 7:40 P.M. <br />REGULAR MEETING <br />•V4 <br />Hannah moved, Guthrie seconded, that the minutes of the <br />Planning Commission meeting of June 21, 1976, be approved. <br />Motion - Ayes (6) - Nays (0). <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />MEETING JUNE 21, 1976 <br />Guthrie moved, Hosfield seconded, that the P'* anning <br />Coninission reconmend to the Council approval of this <br />subdivision and to grant the 18 months needed to remove <br />the existing residence. The Zoning Administrator <br />mentioned that this would be subject to the Park <br />Dedication Fee. Motion - Ayes (6) - Nays (0). <br />RCBERT WTATT <br />4220 WATERTOWN ROAD <br />SUBDIVISION <br />The Zoning Administrator presented the hardshell to <br />the Coninission. Hannah moved, Pesek seconded, to <br />reconmend iqiproval of this final plat subject to the <br />Park Dedication Fee. Motion - Ay^ (6), Nays (0). <br />The Zoning Administrator presented the mylar to the <br />Coninission. Pesek moved, Guthrie seconded, to recommend <br />approval of the final plat subject to the Park Dedica­ <br />tion Fee.
