One additional unit will be permitted <br />for each 12 units allowed under the stanvLird site area requirements of the M-6 <br />District. <br />b.Procedure:In orvler to provide low and moderate income dwelling units, the <br />applicant shall propose application(s) to the Federal Housing Administration <br />(FHA) of the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development, (or <br />other source of subsidy funds) under programs for homeownership (including <br />condominiums), rental, or cooperative housing. The proposal shall confonn to <br />the guidelines established by the United States Department of Housing and <br />Urban Development with respect to cost limitations, construction and other <br />standards for development of moderate income dwelling units under the appli <br />cable subsidy program(s). <br />The proponent shall furnish any proposal and supporting documents in tlie form <br />of exchanges of correspondence with responsible officials of the F1L\ (or other <br />source of subsidy funds), together with affidavits by the proponent retorting <br />its discussions with such officials, indicating, to the extent then pos.siblc, <br />whether tl»ere are unconinitted funds available for projects to develop low :uid <br />moderate income dwelling units of the t'-pe proposed as well as for oth'r t>pes <br />of units for low and moderate income persons and families. <br />4- <br />As revised by I’lanning Corunission S/3/7b
