Such landscaping shall conform with the planting plan approved by the City <br />Council at the time the building permit was issued. It shall be the owners* <br />responsibility to see that this landscaping is maintained In an attractive and <br />well-kept condition. All vacant lots, tracts or parcels shall also be proper <br />ly maintained. <br />3X.170 Application Review and Administrative Procedure <br />3X,171 General Procedure . The general procedure for application, review ond action <br />on any Multiple Family Planned Residential Project shall be according to the <br />following outline, with more detailed requirements found in the remainder of thissub <br />division. Single family detached dwellings are excljuded from the review process. <br />(a) Application, filing fee and six (6) copies of the Preliminary Plon are to <br />filed with the Planning Commission through the Zoning Administrator at least <br />thirty (30) days prior to public hearing date. <br />(b) Public hearings shall be held by the Planning Commission for all Projects. <br />(c) Planning staff reviews Preliminory Plan and transmits copies of review <br />to Planning Commission members. City Administrator, Pork Board, affected <br />surrounding municipalities and other appropriate agencies and applicant at <br />least five days before public hearing before Planning Commission. <br />(d) Planning Commission holds public hearings on Preliminory Plon. <br />(e) Planning Commission makes recommendations for action on Preliminory Plon. <br />(f) City Council acts on Preliminary Plan . <br />(g) Applicant submits Finol Plon within ninety (90) days of Preliminory Plan <br />approval and fourteen (14) days prior to Firxil Plon review at Planning Commission <br />meeting. <br />(h) The Zoning Administrator transmits copies of the Final Plon to the Planning <br />Commission, Park Board, Planning Staff, City Engineer, Building inspector and <br />Fire Chief. <br />(i) Planning Staff reviews Final Plan and makes recommendation to Planning <br />Commission at least five (5) days before meeting. <br />(j) Planning Commission reviews Finol Plon, recommends action to City Council. <br />(k) If City Council approves Final Plon, Zoning Adminstrator changes the <br />zoning classification on the Official Zoning Map, as required, and files the <br />Final Plan for enforcement. <br />-9-
