flexibility in considering the input of the City regarding design options throughout the final design <br />process; and <br />WHEREAS, the attached letter sets out the City's objectives specifically related to <br />the preliminary layout, the objectives to be addressed during the final design phase, comments to <br />guide Mn/DOT during the final design phase, and principles to guide the City and Mn/DOT through <br />the final design process. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Orono City Council does <br />hereby approve the Trunk Highway 12 Adopted Layout Plan as submitted by Mn/DOT dated <br />September 7,1999, with the comments regarding the preliminaiy design and the final design process <br />in the attached letter. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota at a regular meeting <br />held this n* day of December, 1999. <br />Gabriel Jabbour, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Linda S.
