Although there was no payment made to Woodhill Country Club <br />regarding its claim, the LMCIT did incur defense costs in the amount of $117,315.32. The City’s <br />share of these costs is $10,597.29. In addition, the City paid $19,854.15 to Hinshaw Culbertson for <br />legal assistance provided by Tom Barrett. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Motion to approve the payment of $10,597.29 to the LMCIT for the City's share of the defense costs <br />related to the Woodhill Country Club litigation.
