Once all issues have been resolved, the Reviewer shall stamp Final <br />Construction Plans with: Approved By, Reviewer’ Name, and Date and coordinate <br />with the Community Development Director to issue the approved permit. <br />e) Maintenance Agreement – a Maintenance Agreement shall be required for any <br />projects requiring permanent stormwater management facilities due to local, <br />State, or Federal requirements. The agreement shall be generated in favor of the <br />City using the City’s template (see Appendix J). The agreement shall define <br />maintenance responsibilities following completion of project, specify types and <br />frequencies of inspection and maintenance activities, designate who will conduct <br />inspection and maintenance activities, and outline reporting requirements. The <br />Agreement shall be recorded with the County per the City’s approval process. <br />f) Other Permits – the Reviewer shall coordinate with the applicant to verify need <br />for other permits. The Review Comment letter shall include a comment requiring <br />copies of the following permits or documentation from the applicable agency that <br />no permit is necessary. <br />· MPCA NPDES Construction Stormwater Permit <br />· Minnehaha Creek Watershed District Permit <br />· Pioneer Sarah Creek Watershed Management Commission Permit <br />· Wetland Conservation Act Permit <br />· MN Department of Natural Resources Permit <br />· US Army Corp of Engineers Permit <br /> MCM 6: Pollution Prevention/Good Housekeeping for Municipal Operations <br />1.
