<br /> <br /> <br />CITY OF ORONO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />NO. 7351 <br />A RESOLUTION TO CREATE THE FIRE CAPITAL FUND <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the city has annually transferred an amount from the General Fund to the <br />Improvement Equipment Outlay Fund (IEO) for the purchase of fire capital improvements; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the transferred funds are only identifiable by a designation of fund balance on <br />the city’s financial statements; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the city has been working towards creating separate funds for each Capital <br />Improvement Plan Table, and; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the current balance designated for fire equipment in the IEO fund is $80,500; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Fire Capital Fund be created through <br />a transfer of $80,500 from the IEO fund. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> ADOPTED this _______ day of ________________, ____, by the City Council of the <br />City of Orono. <br /> <br />CITY OF ORONO <br /> <br />By: _______________________________ <br /> Dennis Walsh, Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />______________________________ <br />Anna Carlson, City Clerk <br />
