Purpose. This application is regarding an after-the-fact variance for a side yard setback for deck <br />stairs. <br /> <br />2. MN§15.99 Application Deadline. The application was received on December 14, 2022 and <br />considered to be complete on January 20, 2023. The original 60-Day review period expires on March 31, <br />2023. A 60-day extension was administratively granted and therefore the application expires on May 21, <br />2023. <br /> <br />3. Background/ Summary. At the March 13, 2023 meeting, the City Council reviewed this application <br />for an after-the-fact 17.3-foot side yard setback variance for existing deck stairs. Following the review, <br />the Council voted 4-0 on a motion to direct staff to draft a resolution for approval. <br /> <br />4. Staff Recommendation.
