<br /> <br /> <br />CITY OF ORONO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />NO. 7350 <br />A RESOLUTION TO CREATE THE POLICE CAPITAL FUND <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the police service contacts with Minnetonka Beach and Spring Park refer to <br />retaining unspent budgeted funds into a Police CIP; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the funds have been being transferred to the Permanent Improvement <br />Revolving (PIR) Fund; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the PIR fund is designed to provide temporary funding for projects that do <br />not have a permanent funding source which varies from the concept of retained funds, and; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the PIR through 12/31/2022 has retained funds in the amount of $430,859; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Police Capital Fund be created <br />through a transfer of $430,859 from the PIR fund. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> ADOPTED this _______ day of ________________, ____, by the City Council of the <br />City of Orono. <br /> <br />CITY OF ORONO <br /> <br />By: _______________________________ <br /> Dennis Walsh, Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />______________________________ <br />Anna Carlson, City Clerk <br />
