We will assist the City to explore opportunities, and priorities for the park and parking area.a. <br />Task 105 - Schematic Design Concepts <br />a. We will prepare two schematic design concepts for the Navane Town Square Park J ” •!;' <br />municipal parking area. The concepts will explore vanous design soluttons based on the site <br />analysis and approved program and objectives. <br />b. We will prepare a general preliminary cost estimate for e.ich schematic design concept to illustrate <br />the potential costs associated with their development. <br />b. We will present the schematic design concepts to the Orono Park and Recreation Commission and <br />Staff. <br />c. We will revise (one revision) the preferred concept or combination of concepts, based on comments <br />made during this review. <br />d. The preferred schematic concept will be presented at a public hearing hosted and adm mistered by <br />Orono Park and Recreation Commissicr•» <br />PELASE TWO - EVBPLiElVIENTATION (FUTURE PHASE) <br />Task 201 - Plans and Specifications <br />a. We will refine and develop the design, and prepare a working line item cost estimate of the mitial <br />phase of the improvements. This will serve as the basis of the construction documents. <br />b. A meeting with the City Parks and Recreation Commission and Staff will be held to discuss the <br />refmed design and cost estimate. <br />c. Construction documents will be prepared. These will be suitable for public bidding of the approved <br />improvements/elements. <br />d. Final cost estimates for the identified improvements/elements will be piepared. <br />e. Bid documents will be submitted to the City for review and approval prior to bidding. <br />Task 202 - Bidding Assistance <br />b.
