The following basic Scope of Services will be provided by tlie Consultant: PHASE ONE - SCHEMATIC DESIGN Task 101 - Initial Meeting 1. General project administration and start-up including schcduluig, internal administrative set-up and management will be provided. Work will begin within 14 days of City authorization. Task 102 - Project Start-Up/Data Gathering a. It is our understanding that the City of Orono will provide suiuble aerial topopaphic ■r-aPP‘"g ^ the park, adjacent lots, and parking area. We will review this topographic mapping and all availah,. studies, reports, maps, photos, surveys and plans, provided by the City. b. We will visit the park to photograph and become familiar with the physical characteristics, opportunities, and day to day operatiohs of the facilities. c. Existing utilities plans and information will be secured from the City and reviewed as needed, This proposal does not include site enginecrin,g or surveying. Task 103 - Site Analysts a. We will prepare a graphic analysis of the park and parking area characteristics. b. We will review, research and analyze the issues that are identified during the preliminary planning and design process.
