On Friday I called Jim Kirchner at MnDoT to check on the progress of <br />MnDoT approval of reconveyance of the Brimhall Triangle to Mr. & Mrs. Cliff Otten. Today Jim <br />left me this voice-mail message: “The package is still circulating.
