(space above reserved for recording information) <br />FIRST AMENDMENT TO ROAD AGREEMENT <br />That certain Road Agreement dated February 12,1999, and filed____________, 1999 as <br />Hennepin County Registrar of Titles Document No.___________by and among Green Valley <br />Associates, Inc., a Minnesota corporation (“Developer ”), Clifford L. Otten and Louise Wakefield <br />Otten, husband and wife (“Otten”) and the City of Orono, a Minnesota municipal corporation (“City <br />of Orono”) is amended as follows: <br />1. The March 15, 1999 deadline in the first sentence of paragraph 3 is hereby changed to March <br />31, 1999. The parties acknowledge that the revised deadline has been met. <br />2. The April 30, 1999 deadline in the first sentence of paragraph 3 is hereby changed to May <br />31, 1999. <br />1 <br />3.
