Today I called Jim <br />Kirchner at MnDoT to check on the progress of MnDoT approval of reconveyance of the <br />Brimhall Triangle to Mr. & Mrs. Cliff Otten. He told me that he is still awaiting some responses <br />from MnDoT people. All responses were due last week and he expects to receive the final <br />responses any day now. <br />I suggested to you that the Road Agreement be amended to change the MnDoT approval <br />deadline to June 30. You saw no problem witli extending the deadline and you said you would <br />put it on tlie Orono City Council agenda for its next meeting, which will be Monday, June 14. <br />Enclosed is my proposed Second Amendment to Road Agreement for approval by the City <br />Council. <br />Thank you for your cooperation in this matter. <br />LEONARD, STREET AND DEINARD <br />Hugh M.
