Date of Application: 2/17/99 <br />Date Complete: 2/17/99 <br />60 day limit: 4/17/99 <br />The applicant must also obtain the required approvals and permits from the Minnehaha Creek <br />Watershed District. <br />Trail Easements <br />The applicant shall provide a temporary and permanent easement for the Hennepin Parks trail. <br />Lot Combination <br />The applicant has initiated the process to legally combine the four lots and the outlot into one tax <br />parcel. The applicant will need to provide proof of the lot combination with a new parcel <br />identification number. A correct legal description will also be required for filing with Hennepin <br />County. <br />Letter of Credit <br />The City Engineer has recommended a letter of credit at 150% for the site improvements.
